Museo Egizio

Located in the seventeenth-century building of the Academy of Sciences, it is the most important Egyptian museum in the world after the one in Cairo. Inside, approximately 6,500 archaeological artifacts are exhibited, including statues, sarcophagi, burial items, mummies, papyri, amulets and jewelry. An immense treasure waiting to be explored to discover the history and mysteries of this ancient and fascinating civilization.

Mole Antonelliana and Museo del Cinema

The beautiful monumental building designed by Alessandro Antonelli, from whom it takes its name, is the quintessential symbol of Turin. Standing out in the skyline of the Savoy city with its imposing height of 167.5 meters, it also houses the National Cinema Museum inside. Across multiple exhibition levels, the museum offers a rich presentation of collections that trace the history of cinema from its origins to the present day.

Palazzo Carignano and Museo del Risorgimento

A few steps from the Egyptian Museum stands Palazzo Carignano, one of the most precious examples of Italian Baroque architecture. Built by order of the Prince Emanuele Filiberto of Savoy, by the Modenese architect Guarino Guarini, it has housed the National Museum of Italian Unification since 1938. This museum, the most important dedicated to this historical period, displays various artifacts in its thirty rooms, including manuscripts, documents, weapons, uniforms, and figurative works that narrate the political unification of Italy.

Covering an area of over 50,000 square meters, an unmissable journey unfolds through the history of the city. The vast museum complex includes the Royal Armory, the Royal Library, the Royal Palace, the Galleria Sabauda, the Museum of Antiquities, the Royal Gardens and the Sala Chiablese, where interesting temporary exhibitions are often held.

Museo dell’automobile

On the left bank of the Po, not far from Lingotto, a commercial and exhibition center in the heart of Turin, the Museo dell’Automobile, unique in its kind in Italy, offers an incredible collection of rare and vintage cars. With its distinctive modern architecture, it collects almost two hundred cars from various automakers in more than 30 rooms, set up with scenic designs and interactive installations
